Orange Beach Vacation ~ Day 2 ~ Alabama Coastal Triathlon
We started the 2nd day of our vacation bright and early at the Alabama Coastal Triathlon...Matt and our friend, John Cross, both raced. It was the PERFECT morning for a triathlon and both boys did great...and all their cheerleaders had a fun morning cheering for them! 
Daddy and his favorite little cheerleader...sweet girl loves all of our races... 
Matt must have been telling John something funny while they were setting up their transition area... 
Cheerleaders...Anna Lauren, Caroline, Andrew, Thomas, and Catherine...thanks to Pop Pop and MeMe, Cooper got to stay at the condo and sleep late / take his morning nap.

Matt coming out of the water...300 yard swim...per Matt, gulf was calm...

Matt coming in on his bike after a 10 mile ride... 
Isn't he cool with his dismount? Looks cool but makes me nervous for sure...one day he'll fall like the rest of them who try to "hot dog" as he calls it...I refer to it as showing out! 
John going out for the 2 mile run... 
And Matt going out for the 2 mile run...they stayed right together until the run...John is just a little faster but I can assure you Matt has much more fun!
John headed to the finish line... 
And here come Matt...John hasn't learned he is suppose to "pose" when he sees me with the camera! 
And Matt finishes...good race, good race!

And it doesn't get much better than this...perfect weather, a good race, and looking forward to a week of fun at the beach!
