Spring Break Cruise Vacation ~ Day 4...

Matt and I have been to Nassau several times and always enjoyed our time there, but we couldn't quite decide what we wanted to do there with the kids.  At the last minute, we booked a shore excursion to the Blue Lagoon and oh my goodness...we LOVED it!!!

Off the ship and waiting to get on the ferry to Blue Lagoon...

It was about a 30 minute ride on the ferry to Blue Lagoon, and the sweetest little boy sat beside his momma :)

She gets her love for adventure from her Daddy, and they always have the best time together because she will do all the "crazy" he wants and vice versa.  Coop and I are just happy chilling by the pool or on the beach.

The ride on the ferry to Blue Lagoon was so pretty...lots of pretty houses and the bluest water.

We got off the ferry and the view was just breathtaking...

We were greeted by dolphins as we walked along the pier to the beach area...

We stopped for a quick family picture...

Before we knew it, Cooper had himself a life jacket and was living his best life on the inflatables in the beach.

You could swim with the dolphins, sea lions, or stingrays.  And if you didn't want to actually have an "encounter" with them, you could walk around and see all of them/watch the encounters from the pier.

We actually swam/snorkeled with the stingrays...not because that was top on our list of things to do but because it was the cheapest excursion to get to Blue Lagoon.  We booked the excursion and decided once we got there we would decide if we actually wanted to swim with the sting rays.  We all swam with the stings and then the boys snorkeled with them.  The water was way too cold for Anna Lauren and me.

Just living our best life in the Bahamas while the boys snorkeled...

One of my favorite parts about cruising is that for the most part everyone just seems happy...I mean look at this guy photo bombing our picture.  He was clearly having just as much fun as us!

So...this is the Atlantis.  When you hear Nasau, Bahamas you typically hear Atlantis.  Matt and I have been and just couldn't  justify spending the money to go there for the day when there are other places just as nice/pretty.  But win win...now they can at least say they have seen it in person.

Before we got back on the ship Anna Lauren got her hair braided.

Umm...not at all what she told the lady to do.  Needless to say it came down the next day.

We had the most PERFECT day in Nassau...

And who knew when we got home that this little baseball loving boy would not be playing baseball for some time...

This is how Cooper feels about a day of vacation in the Bahamas...pretty much sums up how we all felt :)
