Rankin County School District has an after school program at Anna Lauren's school call Frontiers. Therefore, she will just stay at her school for "after school" until we pick her up in the afternoons. We have heard nothing but positive so we feel we have made the right decision and it will be a fun program for her.
Tonight we went to "Meet the Frontiers Staff" and we got to meet her teacher...her teacher is an older lady, who I'm sure will be great. She was a little disappointed because she wanted one of the young teenage girls, but I'm sure it will be fine, and she will love Ms. Virginia by the end of next week.
And you know me...had to snap a picture!
Don't have to worry about getting a smile...she was so excited to just be at the school. She cannot wait until Tuesday and especially to meet her "real" teacher!
