Last night we celebrated Christmas with our best friends, the Bounds family. Love being around them because we can all just be ourselves and no matter how the kids act, we just understand and still have the best time! And the kids love, love, love each other so they always have a super fun time when they are together!
I saw this reindeer food bar idea on pinterest, and I just couldn't resist...thought it was too cute!
I really liked that it was more than just oats and glitter...and since Rileigh can read, she told all the lil ones about each thing, which made it fun for everyone.
And of course it's not Christmas without a few presents...
We did give the Bounds family presents...not sure why I don't have one picture of them opening their gifts.
Emmy, Elliot, Rileigh, Cooper, and Anna Lauren...
If you cannot tell, they enjoyed making their reindeer food and made quite a mess in the process...no worries...it cleaned up just fine!
They put icing on the cupcakes for dessert...if you were brave enough to eat one after the many licks. This picture is funny...Cooper realizes he doesn't have a cupcake...
And we continued the night with steak and baked potato for dinner, the boys took the kids to look at Christmas lights, and we ended the night with lil girls getting their nails done.
Fun times and hopefully a tradition we can carry on year after year and our kids will have sweet memories of our Bounds/Calvert Christmas each year.
