Anna Lauren with Santa...

Here is our "official" picture with Santa...I absolutely love it! Anna Lauren was telling Santa exactly what she wanted, and he appears to be listening to every word she is saying! Memories we will always cherish!

I have some more pictures of our trip to see Santa and pictures of Anna Lauren's school Christmas program to post, but I just have not had time...will do so after we return from our Christmas weekend in Brookhaven...we have a fun-filled weekend planned so there will be many pictures coming soon.

Sneak Peak...

Here is a "sneak peak" of our trip to see Santa tonight...will post more later, but I'm tired and need to be up at 5 AM running so I must go to bed. Anna Lauren was not interested in sitting in Santa's lap, but she told him exactly what she wanted and gave him many high fives.

Thanksgiving at School...

These pictures are a couple weeks old, but I just downloaded them from Facebook and wanted them to put in my "blog book" at the end of the year.

Little Indians at school...would have been nice if they had told me what day they would be wearing their painted t-shirts so I could have sent Anna Lauren in jeans...the flowered pants are a bit much (Anna Lauren is second from the left).

Anna Lauren and her best friend, Holli Grace (or GG if you ask Anna Lauren). They got to pick their Indian names...it started by asking them their favorite animal...Anna Lauren said pig...who knows where that came from...

I'm thinking Anna Lauren may like her some Garrett...that is "ok" because Mommy and Daddy love Garrett too...we taught him Sunday School last year, and he is precious!

All Dressed Up...

I love Sunday mornings when Anna Lauren actually cooperates and lets me dress her the way I want...this morning she proudly wore a dress her Nanny bought her. However, she told her teachers at church that her Daddy bought her a new dress. When I asked her why she was telling everyone that when she knew her Nanny bought it for her she said, I'm being silly and just laughed! Hopefully this is not the beginning of lies...

And better yet, she even agreed to take a few pictures before we left for church...

We only had one disagreement...I was going to put her in red tights and black shoes and she insisted black tights and shoes after she realized she was NOT wearing white tights, which did not match at all.

And we like to see Daddy all dressed up too...he looked so handsome!

A "White" Saturday Morning...

About 9:30 last night our neighbor called to make sure Anna Lauren knew it was snowing...we didn't realize it had started snowing as we were too busy pouting because my family in Brookhaven / McComb was getting snow once again and we were not. However, we looked out and to our surprise...it really was snowing! Anna Lauren was already in bed, but she got to enjoy something very "unusual" this morning, and she loved it!

She had to take "Baby Allie" out to see the snow. And notice, she has many different jackets on...every time she would get one wet, we would have to go inside and change.

She needed her sunglasses...it was BRIGHT!

Daddy's snowman...

Daddy's and Anna Lauren's snowmen...

Anna Lauren decided her snowman needed some buttons (Mommy's beans she eats on long runs...hey, you must use what you got, right?)

Thanksgiving Weekend...

Thanksgiving Day:

We celebrated Thanksgiving with my brother's family and his in-laws. We had a fabulous day of family and friends and lots of yummy food! We truly are so very blessed!

Anna Lauren being a "sweet" cousin and actually pushing Bently in the swing rather than begging to get it the swing. She loves her some Bently...

Anna Lauren and Bently...

Bently...look at those eyes...are they not the prettiest eyes you have ever seen?

Anna Lauren enjoying her turn in the swing...look how big she looks...she is becoming such a big girl!
Friday ~ Off to the Christmas Tree Farm:
Bently and Uncle Matt ready to go to the Christmas tree farm. This weekend, Bently finally decided to "like" Uncle Matt. He has been begging her to "like" him and the day finally came...she realized he really is the fun one!

Mommy and Anna Lauren (yes, refusing to take a picture) at the Christmas tree farm...

Ashton cutting down his Christmas tree...

Anna Lauren trying to get Bently to take a picture with her...

Anna Lauren making sure Daddy cuts down the Christmas tree the right way...

Oh wait...it takes 3 people to cut down our Christmas tree ~ Matt, Anna Lauren, and Ashton...

Still working on our Christmas tree...

Ashton with our Christmas tree...he was such a big helper!

Anna Lauren and Daddy dragging our tree to Uncle Joey's truck...

The highlight of the day...riding in the back of Uncle Joey's truck...

Back Home / Decorating for Christmas:

Anna Lauren decorating her "pink" tree for her bedroom...she carefully placed every one of the lime green balls on her tree...it is so pretty!

We decorated her tree and put it in her bedroom. When she woke up Saturday morning, she threw a fit because it was not in the living room. However, we have managed to get the "pink" tree in her bedroom now where it belongs...

No pictures of the other decorations, but our house is decorated, and we are ready to spend the next sevearal weeks celebrating Christmas. And even better, all our shopping is done! Now...just got much wrapping to do...

Happy 30th Birthday Jennifer...

Sweet Emily is only two weeks old so Jennifer had some "limitations" to celebrating her 30th birthday. However, her husband and sister pulled off a little surprise in honor of her special day. Some of her closest friends met at my house and then when we got the "text" we walked to her house next door to say "surprise" and enjoy some cake and ice cream with her on her special day...

Me with the Birthday Girl...
Anna Lauren helping her Jen Jen blow out the candles...you know "30" is a lot for one person to blow out on their own...

Not only was she surprised by a few of her closest friends coming over for cake and ice cream...she got a laptop that COMPLETELY caught her by surprise. I love this picture of Michael because you can see it in his face...he is saying to himself, I did good!

All the girls that were there to celebrate her special day...Jennifer, you are such a special friend to all of us, and we hope you enjoyed your 30th birthday and all your surprises!
