Today, all of the kindergarten classes from Highland Bluff went to the Children's Museum in their pajamas for Polar Express and then back to school for their Christmas parties. Love that my job allows me to take off work so I can enjoy these "fun" days with Anna Lauren! And we were also happy Daddy could join in on some of the fun...he was able to sneak away from work for a little while and play with us at the Children's Museum.

This is Daniel...from what I hear, he really likes Anna Lauren. I'm not getting into all that, but I think Daniel is full of himself, and I do enjoy hearing all of the "Daniel" stories from Anna Lauren.

We took up money and bought the teachers one nice gift...Ms. Currie opening her Good Earth pottery bowl. Wish I had a picture of her face when she actually opened the bowl...I think she was surprised/really liked it!

Lillie, Claire, McCarley, McKynzi, and Anna Lauren...and to think I was worried about Anna Lauren going to kindergarten and being in a class where she didn't know anyone. How quickly they make friends! What a WONDERFUL 1st semester of school she has had in kindergarten at Higland Bluff...we couldn't be more pleased, and she LOVES it!
